Tshiamo, our Managing Director, brings over 12 years of expertise in private equity and sustainable technology innovation across multiple sectors of the African economy. Tshiamo has a BSc from Wits University and a Post-Graduate Degree in Entrepreneurship & Leadership from The University of Cape Town.

Tshiamo adds a vibrancy to our team by spearheading commercial infrastructure development across the continent, through her passion for developing innovative and sustainable clean infrastructure solutions for sports stadiums and arenas.

As a founding member and the visionary leader of our team, Mac brings an extensive background with over a decade of expertise in the field of renewable energy project development. His competencies include exceptional stakeholder coordination, meticulous project risk assessment, and project execution. Mac possesses a robust educational foundation, with degrees in Economics, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership from the University of Cape Town. He is currently advancing his academic pursuits with a Master’s degree in Energy & Sustainability.

Mac's commitment to sustainability is evident in his passion for integrating innovative technologies and platforms to achieve positive and impactful climate mitigation and adaptation strategies for public, private and social development institutions.
